Weekend Hiking Adventure to See Northern New Hampshire’s Most Picturesque Waterfalls

April showers bring...beautiful water falls! Join EMS and the Cranmore Mountain Lodge for an early spring venture to see these beautiful falls at their grandest. This winter’s record snowfalls are sure to have mountain rivers flowing, and the adventure travel crew is ready to help you explore Northern New Hampshire’s best kept secrets.

Enjoy a two night stay at North Conway’s historic Cranmore Mountain Lodge, where you’ll get a full country breakfast and plenty of space to warm up and dry out after your days’ hiking.

We’ll meet at 9:00 on Saturday morning to get acquainted and discuss our plans. Then quickly grab your packed lunch and wet weather gear and we’ll be off on an a water fall expedition. There may still be snow in the mountains, so we’ll carry snowshoes just in case as we prepare for New England’s famed spring weather.

After the four to five hour hike, you can unwind in the hot tub at the Cranmore Mountain Lodge or relax in one of the cozy reading rooms. Enjoy dinner at one of the many local eateries; your guides are sure to give you great suggestions.

Gear up with another hot breakfast for your final day’s adventure on Sunday. Perhaps a jaunt to the beautiful Arethusa falls, or a scenic trail along the Kancamangus highway will finish the weekend off right.

This trip includes two nights’ lodging, two days of guided tours, breakfast and a packed lunch. It’s perfect for couples, groups of friends and families with children 12 or older. The difficulty of the trip will be matched to group ability, weather, and trail conditions. Private dates are available upon request. For more information please call 888-755-TREK.
